Reggie is a USAF Veteran who served on Active duty from 2003-2007. He was trained as a Aircraft Structural Technician on F-15’s and used this experience in aviation to go on to lead helicopter maintenance projects for the USMC and Army, in support of the Global War on Terrorism from 2008 to 2014.

Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Reggie founded and successfully managed multiple service businesses, including a diverse holding company that engaged in military contracting and other ventures. His strategic leadership facilitated the acquisition and growth securing significant contracts and driving substantial revenue growth.
In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Reggie has held key leadership positions in the Chamber of Commerce in Japan, including serving as Vice President and Chairman of the Business Development Committee. His efforts in these roles included building stronger ties between local businesses , the U.S military, and the Consulate General while also initiating discussions to expand business opportunities for U.S based businesses operations in Japan.
Now a dedicated Financial Advisor, Reggie is committed to contributing to and supporting the community, especially veterans, through tailored financial strategies and plans. Guided by the principles of integrity and service honed in the military, Reggie takes pride in supporting fellow veterans and organizations that put their needs first.
Reggie brings a wealth of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and financial planning to the HOFV Advisory Board. His extensive background in both military and business sectors, combined with his dedication to supporting veterans, positions him as a valuable asset to the board, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
