Chris Adams is currently the Human Resources Director for the UT Moody College of Communication. He previously served as HR Director for University Unions and brings over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational support.

Chris Adams is currently the Human Resources Director for the UT Moody College of Communication. He previously served as HR Director for University Unions and brings over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational support.
Before joining the University, Chris held leadership roles within the Texas Health and Human Services system, including Deputy Executive Commissioner for System Support Services and HR Director for the Health and Human Services Commission. He also served as HR Director for the Texas Water Development Board.
Throughout his career, Chris has led initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support strategic policy development.
He is USAF Brat who moved 12 times across the United States. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and the Governor’s Executive Development Program.
