MARCOS ARREDONDO, REGION 3 DIRECTOR

Marcos is a U.S. Army combat veteran, father, and dedicated community advocate with a strong commitment to serving veterans, their families, and the communities around them.

A former Cavalry Scout, Marcos served in Iraq as a Humvee gunner and was later assigned to an EOD escort detail, where he was wounded in combat. His military service earned him the Combat Action Badge and Purple Heart. 

Since leaving the Army, Marcos has continued to live by the values of service, leadership, accountability, and brotherhood. His own experiences have given him a firsthand understanding of the sacrifices veterans make and the importance of having a strong community standing behind them.

Today, Marcos gives back through veteran advocacy, community service, mentorship, and connecting others with meaningful opportunities and resources. He believes that service does not end when a veteran takes off the uniform, it simply takes on a new form.
