Monthly Virtual PTSD Support Groups for Veterans & Families.

A free, worldwide, peer-to-peer virtual support group for veterans, offering confidential and anonymous help for those living with PTSD.

 The Courage to Connect: PTSD virtual Zoom meetings provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for veterans to share and connect.


Meetings are confidential, never recorded, and participants may use first names only or remain anonymous. No registration is required, veterans can join freely at any time. Led by a licensed professional

Meetings are confidential, never recorded, and participants may use first names only or remain anonymous. No registration is required, veterans can join freely at any time. Led by a licensed professional counselor and veteran peers, sessions foster trust, empathy, and open conversation without judgment.


These meetings focus on support, not treatment, offering a space to share experiences and coping strategies. Held via Zoom, veterans can join from anywhere with internet access.


If there’s no activity by 8:00 PM CST, the meeting will close and resume the following month.
