VETERANS, LOOKING FOR A JOB??

This fully remote, part-time volunteer position is ideal for someone who is retired, military-affiliated, enjoys community involvement, and is driven to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Texas veterans.  

The Volunteer Regional Director will represent HOFV across multiple counties within their assigned region, participating in local community events, fundraisers, career fairs, and resource fairs. This role is crucial in promoting the organization’s mission and services, building strong local relationships, and raising awareness about the needs of veterans in Texas. While prior military service is not required, veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. They must also be comfortable traveling to surrounding counties within their designated region and have access to reliable personal transportation. 

Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the General Services Administration (GSA) per diem rates for state travel in Texas.

As an incentive, the Volunteer Regional Director will receive 15% of the net profits from any fundraisers they coordinate that directly benefit HOFV.
