By adhering to these principles, the PTSD virtual Zoom meetings will aim to create a safe, supportive, and anonymous environment for veterans to share their challenges, find comfort, and connect with others who understand their journey.

Our PTSD support meetings begin at 7:00 PM (CST) and are scheduled for two hours. We warmly invite you to join us, even if you're unable to log in exactly at 7:00 PM. The format of these meetings is flexible, allowing participants to join or leave as needed, ensuring everyone feels comfortable. While interaction is encouraged, please know

PTSD By Proxy is a virtual, anonymous, confidential, and free support group for individuals living with or caring for someone who suffers from PTSD. This group offers a safe, judgment-free space where you can connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges and emotional weight of supporting a loved one with PTSD. You're not alone either!
Have you lost a loved one to suicide caused by PTSD? If so, you are not alone. Navigating the grief that follows such a loss can be incredibly painful and overwhelming. This group also offers survivors of suicide (SOS) a compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand your journey.
Meetings are held every month on the third Wednesday at 10:00 AM CST via Zoom, making it accessible to participants worldwide. Video and participation are optional but encouraged, allowing you to engage in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you’re looking to listen, share, or simply feel less alone, this group is here for you. Together, we can find healing through community.
If there is no activity after 11:00 AM (CST), the meeting will shut down. This group meets every month.
